Jerry Boatright, President

Jerry brings over 30 years of experience in managing retail insurance operations. His experienced and honest approach ensures our staff and our customers the right product at the right price for the right situation. Jerry is an avid golfer, outdoorsman and is our resident tinkerer. If you need something fixed, Jerry is your man. Jerry merged his pre-existing agency with A.L. Insurance back in 1996. Ken Schmidt - SVP, Business Development

Ken has 23 years of knowledge gained from areas such as product underwriting, sales and IT processes. His expertise is in resource, training and external business development. Ken joined the agency in early 2007 as our General Manager. Late in 2007 he became a partner with a focus on HR and Sales related issues. Ken has four children and enjoys watching them play sports, act in school plays, perform gymnastics and play on the computer. Ken specializes in Life and Commercial Insurance sales. Jacquie Fritz, Commercial Operations Manager

Jacquie is the agency's Commercial Operations Manager with over 7 years experience in Commercial Insurance. She coordinates commercial processing, renewal support as well as new business quoting. She does all this while maintaining her own production and client servicing requirements. Her opinion is that there is no obstacle too big as long as you have the desire to learn and grow. Jacquie is married with two children. She is an integral member of the management team and welcomes the challenge of finding the right product for our clients.
