Chris Kocalis

Chris has 15+ years of professional sales in both client and business-to-business sales. Chris understands the challenges that business owners face. He prides himself on listening to his customers and understanding what they need. He then works hard to help them choose the insurance program that best fits their individual needs and desires. He also takes into account the non insurance related risks the company may or may not have and works with his clients to mitigate those risks as well. Chris enjoys golf, skiing, and photography. Tom Fields

Tom is our primary Commercial Agent in the Port Townsend office along with Josie Cain. He also sells and services personal lines accounts. He loves the agency's forward looking attitude and himself brings a wonderful approach towards his peers and clients each day. He enjoys most the one to one contact with our customers and believes their proper education about insurance is extremely important. He doesn't like surprises and knows it's his job that you don't have any relating to your insurance either. Tom is married, has four children and has been a volunteer member of the Brinnon, WA. fire department for over 20 years. Jacquie Fritz

Jacquie is the agency's Commercial Operations Manager with over 7 years experience in Commercial Insurance. She coordinates commercial processing, renewal support as well as new business quoting. She does all this while maintaining her own production and client servicing requirements. Her opinion is that there is no obstacle too big as long as you have the desire to learn and grow. Jacquie is married with two children. She is an integral member of the management team and welcomes the challenge of finding the right product for our clients. Lena Goodwin

Lena is an experienced Customer Account Manager, working large commercial accounts for the Vancouver location. She has over 30 years experience in both the company and agency sectors. She works with business owners who have complex problems to solve and does so with a straight-forward, no-nonsense approach. Bill Stuart

Bill first entered the insurance business in 1979 as an agent with Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company (now Pacific Life) in their Seattle office. He worked primarily with business owners, assisting them with estate planning and conservation, business continuation planning and related employee benefits programs. Bill left the insurance business in the 80's to pursue a career in business management and ultimately, business ownership. He re-entered the insurance business in 2007 and operated his own agency with American Family Insurance before coming on board with A.L. Insurance Group. He understands the value that only an independent agency can offer. Ken Schmidt

Ken has 23 years of knowledge gained from areas such as product underwriting, sales and IT processes. His expertise is in resource, training and external business development. Ken joined the agency in early 2007 as our General Manager. Late in 2007 he became a partner with a focus on HR and Sales related issues. Ken has four children and enjoys watching them play sports, act in school plays, perform gymnastics and play on the computer. Ken specializes in Life and Commercial Insurance sales.
