Gwen Boatright

Gwen is the resident guru...on everything! She primarily acts as our Chief Financial Officer but is also expert in our data management system, office processes, customer and carrier notices as well as the nicest individual you'll ever meet. She works extremely hard to ensure our staff has the best tools available to them while balancing those needs with keeping our agency expenses to a minimum. She loves to help people and is driven primarily by the joy of being a grandmother to her grandchildren.

Marianna Germanova

Marianna operates as a Staff Assistant on a part-time basis, primarily in our Business Division. She was born in Moldova and is fluent in Russian and speaks both Bulgarian and Ukrainian dialects. She currently attends WSU Vancouver, majoring in Accounting. She has previous admin experience within the financial services sector and is a great addition to the agency. Marianna enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her close friends and family. We're proud to have her part of the team.

Dina Stites

Dina operates as our primary receptionist in the Vancouver headquarters. Dina's been with the office over a year and a half now and if you've ever spoken with her, you know her objective is to make everyone with whom she comes into contact feel special, supported and important. She is soon to complete her initial licensing and begin the next phase of her insurance career. She is originally from Lisbon, Portugal and is tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Frank Swiger

Frank is our IT Manager. With 20 years of engineering experience and 13 years in the agency, he has a solid understanding of how to enable our business processes via technology. Frank is married, an avid hunter, and actively involved in his church. He hunts down IT problems and fixes them each and every day.
